i heard her

i listened back to something i said
and as i scrolled back to the start
i caught myself preparing to analyze

but then i hit play and she said
"i am... sitting on the bed"
and my brain shorted out
because it was magic

that her voice was now my voice
that i still sounded like me
but now even more so
